12m3 Vinylester Acid Tank

12m3 acid tank is produced for Uyguner Co., in Istanbul. Tank is used for reactor tank. Water’ ph value will be decreased with %10 sulphuric acid. Working tempature will be 80ºC for tank.

Usage Instructions

Don’t use your tank except of specified chemical. Also conceration rate and stock tempature is not to be exceeded the specified values.
Install your tanks on a flat concrete ground.
Don’t interfere with any driller or cutter materials over tanks.
Please test your tank with water against to defections during transport.
If you confront a problem please contact with responsives.

60m3 Fiberglass Vertical Water Tank

60m3 Fiberglass Vertical Water Tank, is produced for Akdeniz Kimya Company and it is delivered to facilities of Akdeniz Kimya in Izmir. It has 9 meter height dimension and it is suitable for transportation with a truck. Tank has warranty for 5 years against to production defects. All tank inlets, outlets and other equipments technical details are drawn by authors of Akdeniz Co. and tank production is completed according to that drawing. Also all locations on tank for inlets and outlets are designed by Akdeniz Co. The colour of tank is preffered also by Akdeniz Co.

Totally there are 10 pcs. inlets, outlets and manholes on tank. Also there is metal parts on tank for ladder connection and top of tank there are 8 pcs. support for metal guard. Ladder is sent separated from tank for transportation. Tank has 4 pcs. anchorage metal at the bottom of it.

60m3 Fiberglass Vertical Water Tank

Production is completed according to the project of Akdeniz Co. There are flanges on tank’ specific areas. Also there are 3 pcs. iron belt on tank for support.

There are 4 pcs anchorage metals at the bottom side of tank. Because of tank’ height dimension is so high, it is required to fix tank to ground. These metals will help you for that.

5m3 separator septic tank is produced for SSang Yong Company and it is delivered to facilities in Iraq.Separator septic tanks are separated liquid and solid waste from each other inside of it. Tank Treatment Process

Equipments

Inlet Pipe
1. Tank will be filled from this pipe. Pipe is PVC and its dimension can be changed.
First Separator
1. This separator is horizontal fiberglass plate. It has several holes on it that will not let to solid waste to fill in second chamber.
Second Separator
1. Second separator is also fiberglass cylindrical plate. It has 2 filter pipe between second chamber and third chamber.
Filter Pipes
1. There are 3 filter pipes inside of tank. Two of them are between second chamber and third chamber. One of filter pipe is using for outlet on third chamber.
Lifters
1. There are 2 lifters on body of tank. You can use these lifter to fix your tank to underground.
Manholes
1. There are 3 manholes on tank for each chamber. You can interfere to all chambers with the help of manholes.

There are no legs at bottom side of tank. It is designed according to the Ssang Yong Co. project. Tank will be put on thin sand and will be fixed to ground with the help of lifters.

Warranty Terms

Tank should be put on thin sand and fixed to ground.
Be careful during of unloading tank from truck.
Don’t interfere to tank with any driller or cutter materials.
Install your tank according to the instructions that is sent you.
Be careful that there shouldn’t be any hard material inside of soil that you will pour over tank.

60m3 silo tank is the biggest silo tank production in Turkey as fiberglass. We are working to response all demands from all over the world for all fiberglass products. Tank is produced for liquid salt production. There will pour some chemicals like sulphuric acid, sodium hydroxide in specific concentration rate into the tank. Tank is durable for this process. Size and position of inlet, outlet connections can be designed accordingly project. Horizontal tanks have fiberglass legs under of it. Vertical tanks bottom side produced as flat.
