Body Part of Tank
Body of tank is produced accordingly tank capacity and dimensions as fiberglass sheet. After this process this part is made cylindrical.
Dished Ends
For horizontal tanks, there two dished ends on tank’s right and left side.
For vertical tanks, generally bottom side is flat. But accordingly request it can be produced with metal legs and top and bottom of tank as dished end.
These dished ends are welded to body part of tank with fiberglass hand layout system.
Tank Bottom Base
For horizontal tanks we are using fiberglass bottom base and calling it as fiberglass legs. Legs quantity is changable accordingly tank length.
For vertical tanks, bottom base of tank is flat. Accordingly project it can be produced as dished and with metal legs.
Equipments
After tank main parts are produced and welded to each other, outlet, level gauge, manway, ladder, lifting lugs and other various equipments accordingly your needs will be assembled to tank.
Last Process
After production of all these parts, welded to each other. Tank will be sanded and painted against to UV after than welded of tank parts to each other.

- You should install your tank on concrete ground. It is important for tank’ useful life.
- For horizontal tanks all legs should step on concrete ground.
- For vertical tanks, bottom side of tank should step on concrete ground.
- Don’t lift your tank when it is full.
- Don’t lift your tank from its outlet valve or tank manhole.
- Don’t interfere over tank with any driller or cutter equipment.
- You clean your tank in annual periods for longer tank useful life.
