Rainwater vortex filter has a design that allows rainwater entering the chamber to collide with the side walls of the body, creating a high-pressure vortex flow. As the rainwater passes through the vertical filter, it is oxygenated, improving the quality of the stored water. The system is a filter that fully protects rainwater drains, even during heavy rains, nearly all the filtered water is directed to the storage tank.

The 38 mesh stainless steel inner filter (AISI 304), vertically placed along the product’s body axis, captures suspended and floating solid particles without obstructing water flow, ensuring 95% filtration efficiency. By the flow of water, the rainwater is cleaned while the filter simultaneously self-cleans.

In models with a connection diameter of smaller than 250mm, the upper body has a 360 degree rotatable structure. This makes it easier to integrate the vortex filter with drainage lines coming from different directions.

Installation Areas

Rainwater vortex filter can be used as underground or above ground. Up to 3000 m² roof areas, you can use different vortex models. Also you can collect rainwater from different rainwater pipes. You can see some sample installation areas at below.

1- Inlet Flow Equalizer
– Use to equalize flow rate of rainwater. It is connected to inlet pipe at inside of tank. Can be produced accordingly different inlet pipe size
2- Overflow Syphon
– Prevent backflow of water from outlet pipe, eliminates odors and keep pests out.Will be connected to outlet pipe and located at inside of tank.
3- Suction Filter
– A filter ensures the pump draws water from near the surface, not from bottom of tank. So any sludge can be damaged pump system.

With these equipments, rainwater collection system will be work more efficiency. For all equipments, maintenance costs are minimum.
